Building Lots

Build the home of your dreams in Ireton!  The City of Ireton has platted a new subdivision on the town’s west side. To make it more affordable for you to build, the city offers a 6% rebate on the assessed valuation when complete.

All you need to do is start to build within twelve (12) months of purchase with completion of your home within an additional six (6) months.  Contact the City Administrator today for complete details.

All homes must be built in accordance with the  Westview Addition Covenants and Amendments You may locate potential building sites in Phase I on the Westview Addition Plat Map.

The city began to develop Phase II of the Westview Addition in the spring of 2014.  These lots are larger than those in Phase I.  The Phase II plat lies to the south of Phase I.  Contact the City Administrator for more details.
